O filme se passa com um grupo de pesquisadores que moram em alto mar, atrás de descobrirem novas curiosidades. Descobrem um tubarão muito  maior do que qualquer um no mundo e tentam saber mais sobre ele, porém o tubarão não costuma aparecer muito pela superfície, então eles precisam mergulhar profundamente, para isso precisam de alguém especialista para isso. Resolvem chamar um velho amigo (mergulhador), que já tinha se submetido a mergulhar tal profundidade. quando ele fez esse mergulho nos anos passados, tinha relatado que havia algo estranho no mar, extremamente grande e incomum de se ver, que tentou o atacar, disseram que eles estava louco e ninguém acreditou nele. Quando o grupo de pesquisadores o chamou, ele não aceirou ir, pois tinha parado de mergulhar desde aquele tempo, por medo de ser atacado. Depois de muita insistência ele resolveu ir, mergulhando cerca de  11.000 mil metros de profundidade, com submarino de altra qualidade, mas acabou sofrendo um ataque e afundou no mar, tendo que ser resgatado por uma mulher, a qual salvou sua vida. Mas não desistiram de encontrar o animal, e no meio dessa história, altas coisas aconteceram.

The film is set with a group of researchers who live on the high seas, after discovering new curiosities. They find a shark much bigger than anyone else in the world and try to know more about it, but the shark does not usually appear too much on the surface, so they need to dive deep, for this they need someone expert for it. They decided to call an old friend (diver), who had already undergone such depth. when he did this dive in the past years, he had reported that there was something strange in the sea, extremely large and unusual to see, that he tried to attack him, they said that he was crazy and nobody believed him. When the group of researchers called him, he did not get to go, since he had stopped diving since that time, for fear of being attacked. After much insistence he decided to go, diving about 11,000 thousand meters deep, with a submarine of high quality, but ended up suffering an attack and sank in the sea, having to be rescued by a woman, who saved his life. But they did not give up finding the animal, and in the middle of that story, tall things happened.
